All items are handcrafted from Palmyrah by women artisans. Slight variations in size, color, or finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of handmade items.

Pricing & Payment

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed via the available methods at checkout.

Orders & Availability

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel/refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or is mispriced.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch timelines are shown at checkout; delivery times vary by location and courier.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only considered for damaged-in-transit or incorrect items in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
