Refund & Return Policy
Introduction
At Sivan Arul Palmyra Project, we take great care in delivering handcrafted Palmyrah products made by women artisans in Sri Lanka’s North and East. Each product is unique and may have slight variations in size, color, or finish — these are natural characteristics of handmade crafts and are not considered defects.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are handmade, and each piece carries its own uniqueness. Therefore, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, size differences, or minor variations.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If the product is significantly damaged during transit.
- If the product received is incorrect (does not match the order placed).
Conditions for Refunds
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Email info@sivanarul.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Refunds will not be processed for minor variations in color, size, or finish, as these are normal in handmade products.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
